The Vienenburg site was founded in 1960 close to the Harz National Park in Northern Germany. In the early years mainly spare parts for agricultural machines such as harvests and threshers were produced in Vienenburg., The production of DiaNorm radiators started in1973. In 1989 Rettig took over the DiaNorm business and in 2000 merged DiaNorm with their German subsidiary Purmo AG based in Hannover. After several enlargements the site is now situated on a 61.500 sq.metres commercial property of which 33.000 sq. metres are covered. Today the site houses the Rettig international logistics center for Germany and Austria and also incorporates the production of the renowned rolljet insulation for underfloor heating. It has been certified by TÜV for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 since 1997.
