Purmo Group, a leader in sustainable indoor climate comfort solutions has released its first Sustainability Report, showing significant progress in its commitment to sustainability. The report, which will become an annual publication, explains the ‘Complete Care’ approach in detail, along with its results and plans for the future. ‘Complete Care’ is designed to be comprehensive, covering 4 areas: the things the company makes, the way it makes them, its employees and the communities it reaches. These areas are reflected in 10 commitments and measured in 24 transparent KPIs. The approach puts sustainability on all agendas including: production, product-design, emissions, material-sourcing, training and community engagement.

Sam Hodlin, Head of Sustainability commented: “We believe that Complete Care is one of the most comprehensive sustainability strategies in our industry. Our decisions to design it in 4, all-encompassing areas and report it in science-based targets show our commitment to making changes that matter. This practical approach helps us to make more informed and positive decisions in providing sustainable, integrated solutions and evolving our business. This is great news for customers, employees, shareholders and the planet.”
